He was born in Chile in 1976. After he studied film direction, he founded Fabula, a company devoted to audiovisual and communications development. In 2005 he produced and directed his first feature film, Fuga, which was commercially released in March 2006. During 2006 he produced a film called Life Kills Me, directed by Sebastian Silva. In 2007 he worked οn his second feature film, Tony Manero. NO is his fourth feature film.

When Chilean military dictator Augusto Pinochet, facing international pressure, calls for a referendum on his presidency in 1988, opposition leaders persuade a brash young advertising executive, Rene Saavedra, to spearhead their campaign. With scant resources and under constant scrutiny by the despot’s watchmen, Saavedra and his team devise an audacious plan to win the election and free their country from oppression.
