Sleepwalk / Sara Driver

Sleepwalk is the story of Nicole, a computer typesetter who is given a manuscript of mysterious Chinese fairy tales to translate and transcribe. Slowly these tales begin to echo themselves in her life and the lives of the people around her and where the magic ends, coincidence takes over. Her half-chinese son smells almonds everywhere and her roommate loses all her hair. Sleepwalk has the logic and landscape of a dream. An open-ended fairy tale set in the margins of an imaginary New York.
