The Bowery – Spring, 1994 – Postcards from New York / Sara Driver
A short ten minute movie about a street in lower Manhattan – a street known for its derelict, but also spectacular, past. Driver talks to many Bowery locals, shop owners, homeless people; the impression is that, despite the fact that most of the magic is gone, there is a special energy always present in the neighborhood.
